Who we are
tnffx operates a backbone and edge network from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. We are the controller for the personal data described here, and we process it under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our web servers record the IP address, time and requested page of each visit to keep the site secure and working. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Customers
For customers we keep contact and billing details for the people who manage the account, and the aggregated flow metadata described on our security page. We process this data to provide the service we have agreed to provide.
We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Retention
- Web server logs: 30 days.
- Flow metadata: 14 days.
- Account and billing records: as long as the contract runs, then for the period required by Dutch tax law.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to move it to another provider. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
