Scope
These terms apply to this website and to any tnffx service you use. Customers also have a service agreement. Where the two differ, the service agreement applies.
Acceptable use
You may not use the network or this website to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- send unsolicited bulk messages or distribute malware;
- attack, probe or disrupt other networks or systems without permission;
- try to get access to accounts, data or equipment that are not yours.
We may suspend traffic that breaks these rules, and we will tell the account owner why.
Availability
We design the network to stay up when parts of it fail, and we publish its condition on the status page. Availability commitments and service credits are set out in each customer's service agreement.
Liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are settled by the competent court in Amsterdam.
